About Keegan D. Otter

Hi, I am Keegan Otter, a senior at Washington State University studying strategic communication from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication and Business Administration from the Carson College of Business.

I grew up in Mountlake Terrace Washington, which sits in between Edmonds and Lynnwood. So in short, I grew up around the Puget Sound fishing, crabbing, and hiking in the great Cascades. The city of Seattle was practically my backyard with it only being a 25-minute commute before the cities population overgrew.

Outside of the lecture halls, I am the Associated Students of Washington State University Executive Director of Community Affairs, an active member of my fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon, and a bartender at The Coug in Pullman. In short, I like to have many things going on because I prioritize my time. After school, I am hoping to go into advertising or account management in marketing or sales. My career interests are of those with a commission incentive to reward myself for hard work and it shows performance.

After a few years into the workforce, I plan on going into the residential real estate market by flipping houses and renting them out to professionals working hard in their career. The goal is to start with one and grow from there. This will be a form of residual income for me.

My inspiration came from Grant Cardone, the real estate conglamorate.

So please enjoy the journey with me as I study real estate and give my approach on how to successfully start.
