A Blogger's Reflection

My fellow real estate enthusiasts, it has been a great couple of months sharing my passion of real estate and the vast market with you! After a few months, I am looking back at the progress and knowledge we have gained studying this field of growing opportunity. Read on to see what I have learned throughout my journey as a passionate blogger.

What I Thought I Knew

Well, when I first attempted to think of being a blogger, I thought it required a lot of living in the moment, traveling, and photo taking. There was no way I thought I could be a blogger since I am not an English major, but hey, look where we have come!

What I Wanted To Learn

When I jumped into the blogging career I wanted to learn how to build a niche audience, inform my audience and keep them entertained. The goal to was to educate myself on the industry and market and then pass it on to others. Also, I wanted to learn how to work a blogging website and build a consistent brand. I mean, what a resume builder right?

What I Discovered

By reading my previous blogs it is safe to say we learned a lot about the real estate industry. From the licensing you need, renting out property, selling property, to where the best locations are, we have come a long way with all this insightful knowledge!

I will admit, my initial thoughts about blogging were a little off. If you do the research and have the passion for it you can be a great blogger! You do not need to take thousands of photos and travel everywhere. This would be a nice treat for sure but it is not necessary. Use free media resources, do the research, share the passion, and be creative and you'll find your inner blogger!

What I Learned

Throughout this journey, I learned a lot about he demographics and geographic hot spots of the market and that you need a license for most of your real estate adventures. Besides, obtaining a license will only make you increase your knowledge. When it came to blogging, I learned how to be a creative writer, embed videos, add categories, and link to other pages! On that note, read more blogs about the real estate industry if you interested in growing your net worth!

Continuing My Growth

Moving forward, I plan on producing more video content in my future blogging endeavors as I work towards getting field experience upon graduating college. Stay tuned for more to come, as I build my influence in the industry!
